Manafort hasn’t had a trial...so why is he in 23 hour solitude in prison???
Do we now throw people in prison BEFORE finding out if they are guilty, when did that start???
AND who gave this crooked x cop the right to do this???
I don’t understand any of this ‘Germany=Hitler’ type law (if that is what it is called *law*)...I thought we had a right to a speedy trial in front of a jury BEFORE we went to prison...when did this change???

Manafort, according to his lawyer, is being secluded because correctional officials “cannot otherwise guarantee his safety.”

Is any of this “right”? Especially when others in DC - and filthy cats like Weinstein are walking free on bail?? Heck NO.
What’s also shocking, as Fitton says, is that there is STILL a Russian collusion/Mueller investigation even going on.

He’s more like the People’s Commissariat for Internal Affairs, using their methods of getting the the opposing person and then finding the crime. Next find a sympathetic judge like Andrey Vyshinsky and who needs proof. If this keeps up, that’s what we will eventually face as a nation. My time is almost up, so I’ll probably not see it, but my grand kids might.
Well, he’s not in prison. He’s in jail. There is a difference. And, if I’m him, I think I’d rather be in solitary than general population. In solitary he’s protected. Not much can happen to him there. He goes into a pod and Lord knows what happens to him there. However.........
The fact that he’s even there is what is the disgrace. He did nothing wrong. I’m just hoping that if the midterms go well for us and the President, and he gets some support, then he can start cleaning house with some of these judges, like the one that put Manafort in jail for an alleged violation of his bond. I’m wondering what the case law says about all of this or have all those cases been expunged from FindLaw.com.
This is a travesty of epic proportions. And just think, this is all happening with President Trump. Can you imagine what it would look like if she won. This country would have been 3rd world within 6 months.
I can only hope and pray that Manafort struts out of that courtroom a free man and goes after all of them, in any way he can. Interestingly, judicial immunity is something that judges gave themselves. They can be impeached, but they cant be held criminally or civilly for their decisions.
We should be working on a “Getting out Party” with conservative Brits. The Manafort-Tommy Robinson shindig would be the event of the calendar year.
