Israeli doctors attend to both women and children of Palestinians every time there is a conflict always started by the Palestinians or other radical Islamists in the region. Israelis have always helped children in danger whoever they are when needed.

When was the last time you heard of a socialist nightmare of a country like Venezuela, Zimbabwe, etc. doing anything like that?

I often recall this story of an IDF soldier in 2011 helping to deliver a Palestinian baby:
