Israelis were also key to and it seemed to he leading the rescue in Moscow years ago at the theatre. As I recall ten countries sent help but Israel had the most technology to assist.
Oh, and the rescue is underway. Carbon dioxide levels, o2 levels, and tons of rain coming. They kicked all the press out but again many countries have sent divers, including us, UK, and I think France.

I was watching this mini documentary/revisit of history on You Tube last night about Thalidomide.
A Jewish doctor in Jerusalem in 1964 discovered it was beneficial for patients with leprosy.
In the video they stated it’s now used to help patients with TB, cancer, AIDs, etc.
Anyway, thank goodness for intelligent, productive people. I’m grateful for them.
