no but you obviously ignored post 160 where I showed you an example of a Utah Federal Grand Jury indicted New York (ex- FBI agent), a Connecticut & a Massachusetts resident for a breach of Federal law, for bad stuff they did - in Afghanistan.

try and keep up.

...Unless a statute or these rules permit otherwise, the government must prosecute an offense in a district where the offense was committed. The court must set the place of trial within the district with due regard for the convenience of the defendant, any victim, and the witnesses, and the prompt administration of justice...

... The Constitution of the United States, Article III. Section 2, Paragraph 3, provides:

The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed...

In a nutshell....

“As a U.S. attorney, Huber has full authority to empanel a grand jury and to file criminal charges. A grand jury can be empaneled anywhere, which means that it could be a group of citizens from deep-red Utah – in the heart of Trump country – instead of the D.C. Swamp that decides whether to hand down indictments for felony prosecution.

“The Inspector General’s jurisdiction extends not only to allegations of legal violations, but also to allegations that Department employees violated established practices as well,” Sessions added in his letter, which means that the IG’s report can hold people accountable even for actions that do not violate a specific statute.”

And to those who say Huber can’t bring charges, yes, yes he can, because HE’S A PROSECUTOR! (I will admit to not paying attention to titles and not really getting this until today. Was more concerned with jurisdiction, which is also explained in the above paragraphs.

So, to sum up: Huber can literally raise hell and prosecute!! It’s all good.
