Since I consider RR a black hat, I find this chilling.
The only comfort I have is the recent announcement that the Senate would ONLY request the same type of documents that were requested for the Democratic judge nominees. That says they’ll stop the expected deluge of requests meant to slow things down.
My question is whether RR can GIVE too many documents to the Senate, thus forcing his new army into action.
