As a child growing up in MN, I still chuckle when I recall the word my dear old dad frequently used when describing the senator: "windbag."
There once existed Liberals one could respect. Not many, but they could be found if you looked hard enough. You could disagree with them and not be called a Nazi or Racist. Of course, dinosaurs used to be around too.
