Then you skimmed my post. I said the very same thing - bad decision among many, many miscarriages of justice in the history of SCOTUS.
The Supreme Court is a mess. Ultimately a bad idea with no better substitute at the moment.
Roe is a distraction. Less murdered babies is the objective. It can be done without a futile replay of Roe.
