I know there is some level of training needed for scuba, but if all you are going to do is be dragged through a tunnel full of water while tied together with rope, is it really THAT hard to get them all suited up?

Life-jackets? That’s what I was thinking. Maybe it means swimming underwater some. Can’t they have them all on a rope line or something.

Anyway, I thought I read the waters might be receding.
