He circled the little fill-in pencil dots on a preprinted form test rather than filling them in.

The child was given a “bubble test sheet” and you have to fill those out just right or else they don’t scan correctly
I’m shocked they doing this for 5 year olds we did not start using these till the 3rd grade when I was in school, and it was for the CTBS tests.
