Maybe someone should decode them but I don’t necessarily think it is for us at this point.
I think we will get some pointers soon about all these caps/missing letter etc in tweets.
Right now there seems to be a lot of diversions and dead ends that we cannot do much of anything about.
It was just a tweek about the typo in your meme, not a comment on whether the President’s typos or Q’s are significant.
