I don’t believe the road is wet.
In fact, I can’t see water anywhere in the photo.
Those roofs can’t all be perfect to drain it completely.
I also don’t see people holding umbrellas.
I do see vendor carts with umbrellas. Maybe they didn’t want to get wet or maybe their just standard vendor cart umbrellas, rain or shine.
Why would you think painted road lines wouldn’t show through water, unless the roads are filthy now.
Still think different time frames between these two photos.
who said it was the same time I said it was the same intersection. I believe one is in the summer one is from the rainy season
PS if you don’t think painted road lines are less visible when wet I guess you’ve never driven at night in the rain..
