I doubt the judge is very happy with Flynn’s attorney, either. His attorney could have had this case dismissed many months ago. Should have demanded the 302s immediately and also filed a motion to dismiss based on the unconstitutionality of the law. No one has ever been convicted of violating it and most legal scholars agree.
Would love to see the judge disbar Mueller and his prosecutors for unprofessional conduct, etc.
