Weirdos like this will pay them more to kill it themselves. There is a market for killing big animals. I’m not into it either, but it seems like in this case it was better to be culled anyhow. May as well let some nut do it I guess. I wonder if you have to pay a lot more to actually go out by yourself and kill a wild prime animal. You would think there would be a market for that too, and more desirable in some ways?

The government does not generally allow the locals to own firearms. Plus, ammo might be an issue, along with poaching.
