Thank god for a local cop who saw this crap and called a local news reporter. And more security state crap. In old America, the FBI would have been laughed out of town if they told bystanders not to take a photo.
If you are in a public place, you can photo anything your lens can see.
Did the reporter reveal who the tip came from or did the tipper come forward or what?
