Sounds like you are making a “home” out of your new house! Out with the old dirt!
I started getting a lot done in my house after I finally got a house cleaner...I have done heavy editing of two closets and some drawers. Amazing how much stuff accumulates as long as there is space for it! LOL
I paid for it … I should have been more patient, waited on my helper to lift clothes out of the closet...but , no, instead I was in my “get er done” mode. My helper is only able to come every two weeks.
The back hates for me to get organized.
I gave a lot of stuff to charities as I packed up the old house but I still am finding more extra things as I unpack. Got a box of books packed up for tomorrow. I like the Saint Vincent De Paul stores for donating to and for shopping for neat old stuff too.
I am not known for my patience either and have a big “get er done “ streak as well! I am usually in that mode. But I get a lot done when there is a job to do. I do too much sometimes, lift things that are too heavy. Then I pay for it later.
