Ok, got it. But the items in the pic that Q posted look exactly how they were arranged when Ovomit was there. Looks like President Trump has them arranged differently. W's is out of the frame, and Clinton's looks completely different (but hard to tell).

most of the items are there and because it is an aircraft and they are attached permanently to keep them from moving around in flight. it is not like an office where you can move the lamp around it’s permanently affixed in that corner. as for the other stuff looks like cup holders sometimes with water bottle in it sometimes without. and I see a tissue box and like an inbox type tray. sorry if you cant see it.
