Yeah, how do these guys just slide into positions? There’s something wrong with that process. In a business, if someone retires or is fired, there is no automatic “next in line no matter what”, the boss/CEO whatever can hire or put someone who is qualified, right?
This “next one in line fills the slot” seems like a wretchedly rotten system.
