I attended my son in laws birthday party tonight. His family runs a huge livestock operation on some of the finest farm ground in the world. They raise select livestock for their own consumption and have a local butcher make the final product to their liking. Mere mortals seldome taste meat like this. Fabulous. The restaurants here are using Chinese beef and chicken and they think we don’t notice. Could be why I don’t eat meat that much anymore.
