Bayou rigatoni. My favorite dish at the restaurant where I work. Little pieces of lobster and tomatoes in a cheesy, creamy spicy sauce with rigatoni noodles. It’s so good. I ate at work because I knew the meal I prepared for my family was a way to use up leftovers (shredded chicken in a sweet and tangy sauce over mashed potatoes) and I was in the mood for something amazing. My husband said the chicken and potatoes were good, though. Nothing is as good as the Bayou Rigatoni.

I could go for that in a big way, minus the spicy.

Had rigatoni at Carmine’s 2 nights ago. They never overcook the pasta, bless their little hearts.

Your Bayou Rigatoni sounds good.....but this Cajun Pasta has bacon and asparagus. What could go wrong?
