The last business I had when I lived in Detroit in 1986 was an automotive restoration shop on North Broadway Avenue, across from the post office, in Mt. Clemens. By the way. The best watering-hole in Mt. Clemens is the Engine House Saloon on Cass Avenue. it is located only yards from major railroad tracks, and the bar’s gimmick is that every time a train goes by the saloon, they hand out free Jello-shots.
