There was a time when a remark like that from anyone in the executive branch, including cabinet members, would result in instant dismissal.

I agree. As head of the executive branch, Trump needs to clean house, reorganize and rebuild DOJ and FBI ASAP. Accountability and integrity must be restored in these rogue agencies.

Yes, you’re right. The idea that Sessions and Rosenstein (and possibly Mueller) are building an airtight case against the FIB has gone sailing out the window with Rosenstein’s, Wray’s, and Strzok’s attitudes toward Congress. There is no way to put a good face on this.
Time for impeachments, indictments, and convictions. Granny needs to go.
