We need to play this justice opportunity right so it is ironclad for decades. It can be done if POTUS is slick about it and the conservative justices agree. Screw the left. Clinton would have packed the court and we would never see a conservative majority again.
Not only would Hillary have stuck us with a lib justice, there would have been some filthy quid pro quo involved as well.
