Exactly right. RR believes he’s going to win. What does he know that we don’t.....
I think he just hopes he can play out the clock and then the Dems win the House and Senate. He's just hopeful, not certain. He thinks if Trump fires him, he has a greater chance of achieving that goal, so there is no harm in pushing the limits.
However, RR’s arrogance . . . and his waddling around (while pretending to strut) with his head up his rear would suggest he doesn’t know more than a tiny fraction of what he thinks he knows. And probably what he slightly knows is grossly distorted.
