Well, with all this foot-dragging, I hope someone somewhere has a complete file. This smells like the overheated motor of a paper shredder.
They do have all of it (Non-Congressional good guys). Shred it if they like won't matter and just be an easy obstruction of justice layup. Bad guys know the good guys have it.
