So, it was Sotomayor, Kagan, Ginsburg, and Kennedy in dissent?

Why is it when anybody by the name of Kennedy gets anywhere near government, bad things tend to happen.

You could start inferring seriously negative cultural drawbacks to the Irish based on the Kennedy’s performance in government.

No...it was Justices Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Elena Kaganand Sotomayer

Not Kennedy in dissent, it was Breyer.
