She’s not really taking the high road on this one. And she seems to be saying that rhetoric (by POTUS or others, it seems), has an IMPACT on the LAW and the literal interpretation of the LAW.

I don’t think that is what she swore to uphold - “....the law as impacted by rhetoric of public figures as seen through my liberal rose-colored glasses.....”.

She would be wise to shut up, as she risks tainting future cases by her words, in the same way she is suggesting POTUS has done.
