The 24-year-old driver in a dramatic car crash at a gas station in Flowood, Mississippi is accused of driving under the influence, MS News Now reported.
The gas station's surveillance cameras captured the crash Thursday (June 21) and the video shows a white sedan speeding down the road, losing control, going airborne, flipping and crashing down into the pumps. The driver, Shelby Lynne May, walked away from the crash unharmed, but was arrested shortly after on a DUI charge, MS News reported.

Ms. Shelby is wearing what appears to be an Waitress type Apron belt. Had she drank all the profits from the job or on her way to work all sloshed? So lucky, hopefully she will learn from this.

She could have killed many. Her recklessness makes me sick.

Yes. I do hope she sees this incident from your perspective. But doubtful sadly. My guess is because she walked away from instead of being a grateful warning sign, she will forget about it sooner rather than later. It might have scared her a bit. But probably will make little change in her behavior until someone truly is hurt. I hope I’m wrong. But based on seeing this in myself as a young woman and watched so many others with these sort of consequences to their drinking, it often takes a lot to get them to stop and also to no longer drive while drinking.
