So President Trump orders all federal offices in Portland closed. Social Security, IRS, etc. Make it clear to Portland citizens that the offices are being closed because of the mayor’s seditious actions.

Better yet, halt all federal dollars to Portland. Don't care what the money was for, stop it until Portland clears the protesters and make it safe to re-open the office. If that doesn't work, send in Fed Marshall's to remove the protesters followed by heavy equipment to destroy the camp.
