The key here is LEGAL.

My SIL and nieces are here LEGALLY and no family was separated, SIL had Citizenship in less than 3 years.

The Nieces are dilly dallying about chasing boys... Legally.

Follow the law.

The key is no more immigration AT ALL. It was abused for far too long. A 3 decade moratorium would be great.
