I tend to agree...

Given the pro Mom/Female slant of family law, losing custody of a child by a Mother is a damn high burden to get. Given she has lost custody without far far more information that is offered here, makes me very skeptical of the veracity of the allegations, or the full context of the events.

On the flip side, that doesn’t mean a well connected and influential father has never worked the court system to have a good mother declared incompetent.

However the latter is far less likely scenario.

What I can say from this, is clearly there is a lot more information missing from this story, that is needed to pass judgement one way or the other.

Not less likely if the dad has plenty of money to hire top attorneys. I know of one dad that used his wealth to take his son away from a great mother. That man somehow managed to leave her penniless after their divorce, then used her financial struggles to show that he could provide a better home.

There may be more to this story, the woman may be manipulating the son...but it is possible the dad is the bad guy and the judge is worthless. It happens.
