I think so too. I think there is something VERY hinky about that speech/video. Hopefully the 8chan nerds can figure it out. There's enough nerd stuff to work with. There's one shot of a guy's cell phone camera with Osucka in it. That right there is 8chan material.

I can see no other reason Q would link an obvious taken out of context clip.

I am not clear on the significance of the missing hands. Meaning something is missing from the speech? But it was when he was walking out... ?
