Martial Privledge is not absolute. It is not even close. Many exceptions created over the years and all upheld by the courts. Weinerman and Huma probably can refuse to testify as to what each other “told them”. They would not be able to exclude the computer stuff as it involves a third party(HRC) and espinonage!
