I went to a meeting in 1992 attended by small business owners from all over the US, about 10 were from Arkansas. All of them hated and were ashamed of WJC and cringed at the thought he was POTUS.

Sounds incomplete. The clip and this could be damning but I would like to see the rest of his speech. I don’t doubt he believes what this represents. But what else did he say?

If what you have pasted here is really what he said and not as presented in the video then someone did one hell of a good job of audio cut and paste editing.
To the point that I think the video is right and the text released to the public was the fake.
Then again - I don’t know of any Bilderburger speeches/discussions that have ever been captured on video or audio before.
