About 10 years ago I was in a pre-construction meeting in Minneapolis near an area well known for people walking around the lake in bikinis and stuff. We were told we could not ogle the chicks in the area for more than eight seconds.
I asked them how long I had to look away before I could get another 8 second look. I received a stern look. They didn’t appreciate that I was laughing about it.
