I’ve consulted at dozens of companies and worked with 100s of C-Level execs. All colors, both genders, gay, straight, and otherwise. Lots of Johns and Steves and Bobs and Marys and Sarahs.

No Bondis. Also, while we’re on the topic, no LaDashas or De’Quons.

Why anyone would saddle their kid with a “creative” (read: lousy) name, and start them off with two strikes against them is beyond me.

My aunts and uncles all had unusual names, as did their kids (my cousins).
They were all named after ancestors, and my aunt and uncle’s parents though.

Boots, Jeeter, Evola, etc.
