T2 was a rare film that could come along 20 years after the original and still be good. Ewan is great. He had a nice 2017 between T2 and Fargo. My only complaint was the lack of Kelly Macdonald. Most of her scenes were cut. In a way, I’m glad Diane wasn’t pulled down by Mark and his friends after the original film. But, she’s fantastic. Film her reading the phone book and I’ll watch it.

Begbie (Robert Carlyle) was a great character for it. Every film needs an alcoholic, drug free a$$hole. Kelly Macdonald I thought could have had more screen time as well. She was in an independent entitled “Two Family House” that was surprisingly really good.

The American version as I call it, Requiem for a Dream, was lame. I watched it once and have no desire to see it again. Trainspotting is a watch every few years movie.
