How many thousands of women her age would do that for free?
Besides, this isn’t a career we are talking about. The half-life of those looks is very short.
I’m guessing the Cowboys have a similar pay structure to what the Raiders had when my ex was a Raiderette. Flat sum for each game, but got to keep proceeds from appearances and associated merchandise sales. They also got free gym memberships and hair/spa maintenance. It’s not enough to quit your real job for, but it’s way better than minimum wage.
Mascots SHOULD make more money than cheerleaders.
