Could Q’s post mean that a stolen FOX was used to fire upon AF1?

I doubt it, shooting a missile at AF-1 wouldn't have much of a chance of success. If that was a missile, looked way to big to be a SAM, unless the DS laid their hands on some SA-2 or SA-5. Both large Russky SAMs made for big targets, but not ones protected like AF-1 aircraft are.
