Ok, legal minds will prevail here but following instructions:
Didn't one of you legal guys say the special counsel can't bring charges? or get a grand jury? Or bring to trial?
That would answer some of the why. But also the time between now and Nov elections is less than 5 months. It would take lots of time to call, appoint, investigate, release a report. We've seen that from Mulehead.
