I could see Trump having fun and publicly nominating the nork, that way he gets the glory and controls the nominating committee.
Trump doesn’t need his ego fed by the Nobel peace prize, it is something to use in negotiation to get what he really wants...……..

That would be a great political ploy, regarding this now useless award. He should say that, after glowering at each other for 68 years, Kim showed great courage in coming to the table and ending the confrontation. Knock the knees out from under the naysayers.
If any of the left (I should say when) they gloat over Kim getting the award, he should say that the Democrats always miss the Big Picture. What counts is that peace in that area has been achieved, or at least a reduction in tensions, and that that is what counts.
