Retired NBA legend Dennis Rodman broke down in tears during a televised interview saying President Donald Trump was 'proud of him' for his role in helping to enable the historic meeting with North Korean ruler Kim Jong-un in Singapore on Monday.
While wearing a red 'Make America Great Again' hat, Rodman became emotional during an interview with CNN. [snip]
In the bizarre interview, Rodman lashed out at former President Barack Obama.
'It's a great day. I am here to see it. I'm so happy,' the former star power forward said.
'And Obama did not give me the time of day.'

The sign of a great leader is that he makes you feel like you are the most important person in the room.
Dennis Rodman has a heart of gold - there is almost a saintly quality in how he relates to people. He really feels, and he really cares for people, and he really wants to do good by people.
I used to think of him as a clown, just based on his looks. After seeing him talk at West Point, I have grown to love and respect the man.
Dennis was Verklempt! We are talking John Boehner levels of crying.
To be honest, I can’t blame Obama for steering clear of Dennis during his two terms as president. Dennis presents himself in a way that does not scream credibility, let alone
gravitas’. The nose and lip rings alone are hard to unsee.
Apparently, Mr. Trump knows there is more to Dennis than the clumsy, goofy clown that he acts like most of the time.
He certainly deserves a Nobel Peace Prize more than Obama did.

We should start a petition for obama to give his Nobel Peace Prize to Rodman.
Maybe worth one of these?
Presidential Medal of Freedom

Were I Trump I might invite Rodman to the WH for brunch.
Maybe to be the honorary press secretary for a day ...
Jeff Zucker thinking... WTF!!!!
Best summary..
It would fit Rodman better than some of the people Obama gave it to.
“In his mind, he brought 2 world leaders together to bring world peace after being ignored and vilified for years.’
Pretty much he did. And he just explained in the most simple words possible the difference between Trump and Obama.
Incredible moment that was horrible for the Tards.
And great for Trump.
He is a great guy. Had a chance to had a drink with him in Hawaii back in 1996. He was a down to earth kind of guy. That was before he married himself. LOL. He drinks Bud Light. And then all the ladies started showing up, brought in just to entertain him. It was a sight to behold. Fun guy to talk to he wasn’t a snob. We sat at the bar and talked football.
Ruh-roh, look like another one has escaped from the plantation! Up-Chuck and Pug-Ugly cannot be too pleased.
Donald Trump can work miracles
Art of the deal, baby
“...I have grown to love and respect the man.”
Interesting, good to know. Thanks so much for your post.
Dennis da bomb
Historic! Write North Korea a letter.
On election night the blue wall crumbled. Once the black wall crumbles, the Dems are done for on the national level.
Somebody pinch me, Im going back to sleep - this must be a dream ...
And yet this particular interview demonstrates how terrible Obama was, how good Trump is, how pathetic CNN Liberals are, and how more and more blacks are leaving the Democrat plantation... so maybe you could actually shut up and recognize a good thing for a moment.
“He certainly deserves a Nobel Peace Prize more than Obama did. “
