I’m finding nothing on Ghost-CON. I sincerely doubt it references one of the conventions on Ghosts that I AM finding. Can that be a military operation reference?

I’m sure this has come up but we need to check out the 23rd Headquarters Special Troops - the Ghost Army from WWII.
