Red castle / green castle?

White Castle? The better burger place where all the elite leakers/spies/ and Hillary meet to eat? (Seriously...have you seen her lately? What do you think she hauls around in those Captain Kangaroo pocket coats?)

Thanks for the memories. During the 1960s and 1970s, my father was a tool and die maker in the machine shop at White Castle's headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. They actually built all the parts for the restaurants and furnishings, counters, shelves, heated cabinets/bun wamers, cooking surfaces, stools, tables, and the actual building which was made out of porcelain.

My father built the machine used to push the meat through a funnel to form the burgers and produce the 5 holes (think playdoh machine). By the way, the holes are not just happenstance, they help the meat cook faster and allow the onion flavor to permeate the meat better (as if that is needed :) Thanks for mentioning and allowing me to honor a memory of my dad.
