I wish there was a program that could watch videos for you and generate transcripts. Pretty sure there are but they cost monies.

Actually most YOUTUBE transcripts are autogenerated by software. That means that the software sometimes transcribes words phonetically - so peoples names may come out as a combination of words. One man spoke too indistinctly for the software to understand so it spelled Cue, Queue, c you, U, canon (for Q Anon) - many variation in one video. Usually autogenerated transcripts will spell a few words wrong consistently. H and = 8chan on one video transcript I read.

There is voice transcription software available...Dragon is one

Also transcription services...you e-mail them the Utube and get back a text document
