This was 5 years ago when she came out as Gay and retired. I know it takes a long time to make a movie but probably not that long. It was a wishy washy statement though and suggested she wanted to work behind the camera. People are entitled to change their mind I suppose. She could have just been going through a difficult time in her life. I like her as an actor. I do wish actors could learn to keep their mouths shut about their political leanings though. It muddies the waters too much.
