With all of the abortion, you would expect at least 1 % decline every 5 years since Roe V Wade.

By now the American Black population should be down to about 8% and falling, yet it's not, ENTIRELY due to TAXPAYERS being extorted to support welfare programs which encourage high birth rates among that population.

Wonder who's pulling those strings?

Scratch the surface and IT ALL BECOMES CLEAR.

In 1865 there were 31 million Americans of which 13% were black slaves.

The percentage of blacks in America has remained consistent, although the total population of both groups has increased by a factor of 10.

It is American taxpayer dollars confiscated by the Federal Government and redistributed to blacks that has enabled this non-viable sub-group to keep pace.
