Someone threatened to kill Remington earlier this year. If he would have tried I would have shot him and claimed I was in fear of my life. This is justifiable defense in AZ.
To beat a cat is terrible. Obviously they were having problems, and the cat situation pushed it over the top. I can see her winning in court.
If anything, this thread has shown what people value more, human or animal life and what basis they have for that belief. And yes, everyone will take his post wrong.
