“...Gloria Allred, who’s representing the cheerleaders...”
Now we know everything we need to know about the veracity of the charges.
The National Felon League has opened itself up, and news like this keep coming out.
NFL teams use ‘alternate cheerleaders’ to mingle with male fans on game day, report says!:
“It was like, oh, yuck.”- Former Redskins ambassador!
NFL teams reportedly use alternate cheerleaders to mingle with fans in the seats or in luxury boxes while the actual performers are on the field during game days.
The Washington Redskins, Houston Texans, New England Patriots, New Orleans Saints and Baltimore Ravens are among the teams who use a separate cheerleading roster to serve as scantily clad ambassadors whose jobs are to mingle with male fans, The New York Times reported Thursday.
If this is such a terrible job, why do they have competitive tryouts? Gosh, if they feel like slaves, you’d think they’d boycott it. More like, they’re all taking a shot at snagging a big fish but they don’t like the process.
I never understood cheerleaders in the NFL in the first place. They don’t lead cheers the way cheerleaders in high school or college games do. Whenever if they did, the vast majority of fans in huge NFL stadiums are too far away to hear them anyway.
Well, the ball team obviously didn’t provide them the equipment they needed to do their jobs. They didn’t even have a pole on the sideline so they could do pole dances.
Al least one of the teams is now going to provide cheerleaders in the luxury boxes to entertain the high rollers. They should let them keep any money they get for lap dances.
They’re basically the burger flippers of sports. Sign up for a no skills job and complain because the pay isn’t enough to live on.
HS football is exciting. College and pro isn’t. Went to a UT Austin game once. Didn’t want to but kiddo was playing. Sorry, love ya, kid but no thanks. Way to long. Too many time outs. Gotta stop for commercials. Watching Bevo being bored outta his mind was the most exciting thing to watch. The Rice band was totally pathetic with some old men dancing and doing their own thing on the field. P A T H E T I C and embarrassing.
For some reason, my wife always sets the DVR for the annual Cowboys cheerleaders reality series. Only the faces and names change, and the women who run that team are as tiresome to me as Jerry Jones.
What? They were forced to submit to sexual harassment? They couldn’t quit?
I love these “I was forced to...” claims. Just quit.
