Zero details to make any judgments. maybe the girl was wearing a raw porkchop around her neck. that's what my parents did to get the dog to play with me. /s.. OK a person needs details. no charges were filed yet. too sketchy to judge. but we all know it wasn't a pug that attacked her and sent her to the hospital.

Hmmm- my parents learned they were reintroducing wolves in the area, so they would tie liver to me and tell me to go play in the woods-
