One of the things I like about FR’s web design is that it is pretty much built from scratch. That makes it resistant to a lot of hacker attacks that target these huge prebuilt frameworks.

Absolutely. I run a non-framework website. The amount of poorly scripted probing is amazing, all 100% unsuccesful of course. The scripts just keep hammering away and failing hour after hour. There's no reasonable way to keep a framework site safe even if you make it your fulll time job.

I'm sure FR's webserver gets the same unsuccessful probes and attacks as well. It's the wild west out there, and getting steadily worse.
